All orders placed with Body Bye Bri are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout—we are not responsible for incorrect information once the order has been submitted.
No Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our waist trainers, compression wear, and activewear, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items once they leave our facility.
Please double-check your size and color selections before completing your purchase. If you need help choosing the right item, our team is happy to assist prior to ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly correct the issue.
